Registration fee is an annual fee payable to the Registrar of companies under part 1 of the\u00a0 Twelfth Schedule\u00a0 of the Companies Act 2001 so long the company or commercial partnership remains registered with the Registrar.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
