(<a style=\"color: blue;\" href=\"\/cbrd\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/APPLICATION-FORM-FOR-THE-REGISTRATION-OF-A-FOUNDATION.pdf\"><strong><u>Application Form for the Registration of Foundation<\/u><\/strong><\/a>) (In accordance with Section 23 of the Act) and submit application for registration of Foundation together with:<\/li><li>written consent of council member,<\/li><li>written consent of secretary,<\/li><li>The secretary can be a management company or a person resident in Mauritius approved by the Financial Service Commission (as per Section 13 of the Act).<\/li><li>Legal Certificate,<\/li><li>Declaration made by applicant that the information provided in the application is true and correct,<\/li><li>list of names &amp; addresses of first officers (if any),<\/li><li>letter stating whether Foundation has beneficial owner,<\/li><li><strong><a style=\"color: blue;\" href=\"\/cbrd\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/BRF3.zip\">BRF 3<\/a><\/strong> &#8211;
