CBRD INFORMATION CENTRE

​

The "CBRD Information Centre" (CBRD-IC) is in operation since 2013 and is staffed with trained and experienced officers to provide technical information to customers and stakeholders 
of the CBRD​

All information is channelled through a main control centre for a better management 
of the incoming calls as well as to provide a uniform approach to customer queries.

INFORMATION SECTION

Services

Attending to queries from members of the public at counter and through the Information Centre.

Incorporation of Domestic Companies after payment is effected including issuance of Certificate 
of Incorporation, Business Registration Card and Summary of file upon request.

Providing facilities for e-filing of documents.

MONITORINGN SECTION

Services

Updating of existing records and follow up actions.

Issue Certificates and Extracts under the Companies Act 2001.

Initiate procedures for the voluntary removal of companies under the Companies
Act 2001.

Processing of complex documents such as Amalgamation, Conversion, Transfer
of  Incorporation, among others.
